We ship standard (non-engraved or non-gift wrapped) in-stock orders received Monday thru Friday before 2:00 P.M. [EST] within three business days; Engraved or gift wrapped in-stock orders generally ship in 5 business days. Please allow up to 5 additional days to receive your order

In Process - Indicates that your order has been accepted and is in the process of being fulfilled.
Complete - Indicates that your order has been shipped.
Cancelled - Indicates that you have called and requested that your order be cancelled. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped. Note: Once a product has been engraved or debossed, it cannot be cancelled.
